Existential analysis & logotherapy

In my work, I draw on logotherapy and existential analysis. They form the framework for my therapeutic thinking and actions and shape the way I support people in their individual life situations. It is important to me to perceive each person in their uniqueness and to understand together what moves and sustains them internally.

Logotherapy and existential analysis are based on the premise that a person is more than their symptoms or difficulties. The central question is how a life can be lived in a way that is internally coherent and meaningful.

Decisions and personal attitude play a central role. Meaning does not arise abstractly, but reveals itself in concrete life – in situations, relationships, and in one's own actions.

Introduction: Explain your request

In the initial sessions, we will work together to determine: What is currently the most pressing issue? What goals would be realistic and appropriate? What framework conditions do you need (frequency, focus, stabilization)?

Process: Understanding, feeling, deciding

This is about a deeper understanding that leads to concrete change: new perspectives and more self-connection, more freedom in dealing with feelings, sustainable decisions, clear boundaries, more inner agreement in everyday life.

transparency

Throughout the therapeutic process, we regularly review together: Are we still on the right track? What is working and what needs adjustment? What is the next sensible step? What do you need right now?
