Coaching
Coaching is aimed at people who find themselves in a specific life situation or decision-making situation and want to gain clarity. Unlike psychotherapy, the focus here is not on treating mental illnesses, but on personal and professional development.
In coaching, I support you in reflecting on your current situation, prioritizing internal and external demands, and clarifying your own goals. The starting point is your values, resources, and available options.
My work is characterized by an existential-analytical approach. This means that, in addition to practical questions, meaning, inner conviction, and personal responsibility also play a role. Coaching aims to support conscious decision-making and the continued pursuit of one's own path in a coherent manner.
Coaching can be helpful in career reorientation, decision-making, feeling overwhelmed, role or relationship conflicts, as well as in the desire for more clarity and direction in one's own life.
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy. However, in certain phases of life, coaching can be a helpful supplement or used as a preparatory or accompanying process.
